• Select a club event below
• Fill out the necessary information
• Check your e-mail for confirmation
• Print the e-mail confirmation and bring it with you to the club

Guest List Privileges

For those on the Guest List, early arrival will gain entry at no cover charge or at a discounted charge. We ask out Guest List patrons to be in line by 10 PM.

Space Is Limited

Guest List requests are subject to availability and will close when space is no longer open. Most Guest List requests will close by 3 PM on the same date as the club event. For high demand events, the Guest List may close on a a date prior to the event. Requests made after the Guest List is closed on-line are accepted at the discretion of 5thNation and the availability of promotional staff to process the request. Requests made after the Guest List is closed will NOT receive a confirmation e-mail, thereby providing no guarantee for entry to the club event.
